Lovely opportunity for a warm and helpful Administrator with strong frontline skills to join this friendly, West End based professional services firm, being their first point of contact, but also providing efficient administration support for their international membership network. Any language skills would be a bonus! Hours 9am ? 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Essential requirements for this Administrator / Reception role include:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both spoken and written
MS Office skills
Organised approach to administration
Helpful, team orientated attitude
Second European language an advantage!
Key areas of responsibility for this meaty Admin / Reception role include:
Responsibility for the day-to-day running of the membership network
Acting as a first point of contact for members' queries and issues
Ongoing database maintenance
Dealing with membership recruitment and admissions to the network
Corresponding with prospective members to evaluate their requirements and expectations
Discussing with the Board to assess suitability for membership
Liaising with other regional networks
Handling marketing, PR and press releases
Reception duties involving answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors, handing post, filing, faxing, photocopying, banking, making refreshments, ordering stationery etc!
