Senior Exploration Geologist - Australia

Major Responsibilities:

• Conducts geological studies, evaluates mineral deposits and prospective areas by reviewing and interpreting geological data and provides recommendations concerning project potential
• Implements and supervises all exploration programs and supervises staff/consultants.
• Evaluates and administers contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment.
• Contributes to short and long-range plans and budget preparation for exploration programs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be a team player with significant exploration experience (7+ Years), strong computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Mapinfo, PowerPoint), and effective written and oral communication skills.
