Industrial Electrician

This position is aimed at an expat (Malaysia, Phillipines etc).

Essential Qualifications:

1. Must hold a tertiary or other recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering

2. Proven experience in the repair and maintenance of generators, motor control systems and complex electrical wiring processes

3. At least three years experience gained in an industrial workplace

4. Demonstrated capacity to organise and supervise a small team of qualified staff

5. Strong problem solving ability

6. Computer literacy and the ability to develop and maintain timely reporting systems


Desirable Qualifications

1. Experience with steam boiler operating systems
2. Working knowledge of auto-electrical systems
3. Ability to operate in a cross-cultural environment

*Base range salary approximately PNGK$70-80,000 with house, airfares, medical insurance.
