HealthCare Staffing, Inc.(HCS) is located in the Chicago suburbs and provides unique solutions to the shortage of human resources in the healthcare industry in the USA by recruiting highly skilled Physical & Occupational Therapists from the Philippines and India.Currently we are hiring foreign trained PTs and OTs for numerous job openings in all over USA.

We offer lucrative starting salary of $30.00/hr or $62,500.00/year with guaranteed annual raise of 4% to 8% based on your performance. Our benefits include 15 days of paid time off, 3 days of sick day in a year, medical insurance, dental insurance, professional liability insurance, continue education up to $500.00/ year and up to $500.00 /month of housing expense.

We take care of all the initial expenses for you which includes licensure expense, visa screen fee,H1B sponsorship fee or EB2 visa for green card fee, air fare to USA, reasonable grocery shopping expense until you get your first pay check. We make sure you get your Social Security#, driver’s license and have a bank account. If needed, we assist with purchase of vehicle for you.

For OT - We need VCVC also known as visa screen certificate from NBCOT to process your application.

For PT - We need type-1 visa screen certificate from FCCPT to process your application.
